BAMP Frequently Asked Questions

A complete guide to understanding how BAMP helps you manage Ambassadors, Teams, Contracts, Support Items, and more—with clear answers organized by section for easy reference.

BAMP (Brand Ambassador Management Platform) is a cloud-based system designed for companies—referred to as Sponsors—to manage their brand ambassadors in a structured, professional way. It helps Sponsors track contracts, appearances, social media posts, gear distribution, payments, forms, and more.

Each Sponsor operates independently within BAMP. If an ambassador works with multiple Sponsors, they receive separate logins for each. Ambassadors cannot use the same profile across different Sponsors, even if both companies use BAMP. This ensures full privacy and control for each Sponsor over their data and ambassador relationships.

BAMP centralizes every part of the ambassador management process. Sponsors can create and monitor contracts, assign appearance or social media deliverables, track payments, distribute support items like gear and clothing, and manage forms—all in one place.

It eliminates scattered spreadsheets, manual tracking, and communication gaps by offering a clear, organized structure. Each Sponsor sees only their own ambassadors and data, ensuring privacy and operational focus.

If you're a company (Sponsor), you manage only your own contracts within BAMP. You cannot view or manage other Sponsors, even if they also use the platform. However, within your account, you can manage multiple contracts—each tied to a specific ambassador.

Ambassadors may appear in multiple Sponsors’ systems, but they’ll have a separate login for each Sponsor, and profiles are not shared between them. This keeps each Sponsor's data fully isolated and secure.

Yes. BAMP is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. Sponsors and their internal teams can use the platform through a web browser or the downloadable desktop app. Ambassadors can securely access their data through a mobile browser using OTP (one-time password) verification—no separate mobile app is needed.

No, ambassadors do not use a mobile app. Instead, they access BAMP through a secure mobile browser login using an OTP (one-time password). This keeps the process simple, safe, and compatible with any device—without requiring a separate app download.

Yes. BAMP allows users with permission to create custom reminders for key professional items—like birthdays, company anniversaries, contract payments, travel document deadlines, and other sponsor-related obligations. These reminders are manually set and trigger notifications at the specified time.

In addition, the Today section provides automatic alerts for same-day events across 10 predefined categories. Gear distribution is not part of the reminder system.

Reminders are manually created alerts set by the user for future dates. They’re customizable and trigger notifications at a specific time each day.

The Today section is automatic—it shows all same-day events like birthdays, anniversaries, upcoming payments, and other sponsor-related deadlines. No scheduling is required. It sends one push notification daily and supports filtering by date range or event type.

Both features work independently and serve different purposes for daily planning and future tracking.

In each contract phase, Sponsors can set a total number of deliverables—such as appearances or social media posts—and define how many of those are Scheduled (must-do commitments) versus Normal (optional or flexible).

As activities are completed, users can mark them as Scheduled or Normal, and BAMP automatically updates the remaining count. This allows Sponsors to track progress clearly and ensure all required deliverables are completed on time.

Yes. After a contract is created, Sponsors can update the total number of appearances or social media posts, change the contract amount, modify payment schedules, adjust due dates, and update deliverable statuses.

However, the number of phases set for Appearances and Social Media is locked at the time of contract creation. Once the contract is created, you cannot add or remove phases.

Yes. While BAMP was originally designed with sports and action lifestyle brands in mind, its structure is fully adaptable to any industry that works with brand ambassadors. Whether you manage influencers, creators, professionals, or promotional partners, BAMP helps you track contracts, deliverables, and payments in a structured and scalable way.

BAMP is built for manual data entry to give Sponsors complete control over what’s tracked and when. This ensures accuracy, flexibility, and customization for each contract, team, or ambassador. While certain updates—like Scheduled vs. Normal counts—are automatically adjusted once tasks are marked complete, all entries must be manually created by the user.

Data in BAMP is updated instantly. As soon as a user makes a change—whether it's updating a contract, marking a deliverable as complete, or modifying a form or payment status—the changes reflect immediately across all relevant sections. There’s no sync delay, ensuring real-time visibility and accuracy for every Sponsor.

Only users with permission can create a Team in BAMP. The person who creates the Team becomes the Team Owner, with full control to create, edit, delete, share the Team, and assign a Team Manager (either themselves or another user).

The Team Manager handles day-to-day management—adding or removing ambassadors, creating Sub-Teams, assigning Sub-Team Managers, and sharing Sub-Teams. Both the Team Owner and Team Manager can send Requests to ambassadors.

If the Team Owner wants full control, they can assign themselves as both the Team Manager and Sub-Team Manager.

A Roster Team in BAMP is a read-only, organization-wide showcase section that highlights top-tier Ambassadors—typically those with premium pricing, high visibility, or elite status. It’s automatically visible to all users in the organization without requiring manual sharing.

Unlike normal Teams, which must be manually shared and can be fully managed by assigned users, Roster Teams are view-only and intended for reference and visibility, not direct management.

Yes. The Team Manager can assign a Sub-Team Manager to oversee a specific Sub-Team. The Sub-Team Manager can manage ambassadors within that Sub-Team but cannot edit or delete the main Team or assign new Team Managers. Only one Sub-Team Manager is allowed per Sub-Team, and the Team Manager can change this assignment at any time.

No. Private Teams are only visible to the Team Owner. Even if a Team Manager is assigned, they cannot access the Team until the Owner makes it public or shares it manually. This allows the Team Owner to finalize team details privately before opening access to others.

Each Team in BAMP can have only one Team Manager at a time, and each Sub-Team can have only one Sub-Team Manager. This ensures clear accountability and avoids role conflicts. However, the Team Owner has the flexibility to change these assignments whenever needed and can assign themselves to both roles if they want complete control.

BAMP supports three key types of forms:

  • ACH Forms (for payment setup)
  • Tax Forms (for compliance)
  • Reimbursement Forms (for expense claims)

Authorized users can upload, view, download, delete, and track the status of these forms. Each type is organized clearly within the platform to simplify financial and document management.

Yes. Ambassadors can upload their own Tax and Reimbursement forms directly through their secure browser login. However, they do not have access to track the status—only internal company users can mark forms as “Payment Pending” or “Payment Done.” Ambassadors simply upload the required documents for review.

In BAMP, internal users can track the status of ACH, Tax, and Reimbursement forms by marking them as either “Payment Pending” or “Payment Done.” This provides a clear record of form progress and ensures transparency during financial reviews. Ambassadors do not have access to these status labels—they are managed entirely by the company.

Yes. Authorized users can download or delete any uploaded ACH, Tax, or Reimbursement form at any time. This gives Sponsors flexibility to update documents, replace incorrect uploads, or clear outdated files as needed.

Yes. Once a form is uploaded, it becomes visible to all internal users who have access to that specific Ambassador’s profile or Team. This ensures that relevant staff—such as finance, admin, or team managers—can review and process documents efficiently.

Yes. BAMP saves all previously uploaded forms and receipts, allowing you to view past submissions anytime. This ensures a clear audit trail and helps with historical reference or financial reviews when needed.

A Contract in BAMP includes everything needed to manage an Ambassador’s obligations and compensation. This covers:

  • Total appearances and social media posts
  • Breakdown of Scheduled vs. Normal items per phase
  • Number of phases for each deliverable type
  • Payment terms, amounts, and due dates
  • Notes and expectations for each deliverable
  • Optional summary views for quick status tracking

Each contract is tied to a specific Sponsor and can be fully customized to match your campaign or agreement requirements.

Yes. You can assign as many contracts as needed to the same Ambassador within your Sponsor account. Each contract is managed separately, with its own phases, deliverables, and payment terms. This allows you to track different campaigns, time periods, or agreements with full clarity—without overlap or confusion.

Yes, contract phases for Appearances and Social Media are fully customizable and do not need to match. You can create different numbers of deliverables in each phase depending on availability, campaign goals, or specific Sponsor requirements. However, the number of phases for both sections is locked once the contract is created and cannot be changed later.

Yes. After a contract is created, you can update the total number of appearances or social media posts as needed. You can also adjust how many are marked as Scheduled vs. Normal within each phase. BAMP automatically updates the remaining counts as you track progress—helping you stay flexible without losing structure.

If a Scheduled item is not completed, it remains marked as pending in the contract. BAMP does not automatically remove or skip missed deliverables—you’ll need to manually update or reschedule them based on your agreement with the Ambassador. This ensures full visibility and lets Sponsors decide how to handle unfulfilled obligations.

Yes. BAMP provides a clear summary view for every contract, showing the total number of Scheduled and Normal items—along with how many have been completed and how many are still pending. This breakdown applies to both Appearances and Social Media, helping Sponsors monitor progress in real time across all phases.

Yes. BAMP allows Sponsors to store important travel-related documents such as passports, visas, and other identification within each Ambassador’s profile. These files can be uploaded for secure reference and updated whenever renewals or changes occur.

Yes. You can set custom reminders to notify you before a travel document expires—such as a passport or visa. These reminders are part of BAMP’s manual notification system and will trigger alerts at the date you choose, helping you stay ahead of renewals and avoid last-minute issues.

Yes. You can upload multiple travel-related documents for each Ambassador, including passports, visas, and supporting paperwork. Each document is stored securely under the Ambassador’s profile and can be updated or replaced as needed.

Only users who have been granted access to the Ambassador—either through direct sharing or role-based visibility—can view their travel-related details. This ensures that sensitive documents like passports and visas are only accessible to authorized team members.

Yes. You can manually create reminders for important travel-related deadlines such as passport or visa expirations. These reminders will appear in the Reminders section and trigger alerts based on the date and time you set—helping your team stay proactive about document renewals.

BAMP allows Sponsors to assign a wide range of support items, including sports gear, promotional accessories, uniforms, belts, and branded clothing. These items are organized by type, gender, system (e.g., top or bottom wear), and can be tracked per Ambassador under their assigned Sponsor.

No. Support items in BAMP are predefined globally by the BAMP Global Admin and are the same across all Sponsors. Organization Admins have read-only access to view the full list. Ambassadors—or users managing them—can select from the available items and update their preferences, such as sizes, gender, or fit, based on what’s relevant to their role or needs.

Yes. Ambassadors—or users managing Ambassadors—can select support items and update their information, such as sizes, preferences, and applicable categories. This ensures that gear and clothing are assigned correctly according to individual needs and fit.

No. Support items themselves are not filterable. However, Ambassadors can be filtered using criteria like Team Status, Gender, Date of Birth, Ethnicity, Influencer Type, With Company Since, Country, State, City, and Tags. These filters help users manage and assign support items more efficiently to the right Ambassadors based on their profile attributes.

Yes. BAMP allows you to include important health-related notes such as dietary restrictions, allergies, or special medical considerations. These details help Sponsors plan events, travel, and support items with the Ambassador’s well-being in mind.

The Alert section is a one-click snapshot of the most important information about an Ambassador. It provides instant access to critical information such as Contracts, Payments, Travel document dues etc.
