DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines for the BAMP mobile application
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth feature integration and updates
  • Optimize system performance for scalability and reliability
  • Implement security best practices and maintain data privacy compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker)
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack)
  • Solid understanding of networking and security
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for the BAMP mobile application
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into design solutions
  • Ensure consistent design and brand alignment across the app
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience designing mobile applications
  • Proficient in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for the BAMP mobile app
  • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
  • Identify, document, and track software defects
  • Maintain test environments and test data
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Requirements:
  • Experience with manual and automated testing of mobile apps
  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, XCTest)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

UX Researcher

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
  • Analyze research data to drive design improvements
  • Create user personas and journey maps
  • Work with designers and product teams to integrate user insights
  • Stay current with UX research methods and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Proven UX research experience (preferably mobile applications)
  • Strong knowledge of research methods and tools
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills
  • Ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
